The Portland Youth Philharmonic is America's first youth orchestra - its genesis rooted deep in the high desert country of Burns, Oregon. Its mission is to inspire and educate young musicians 7 to 22 years of age and be a cultural asset to the community. Watch part of a rehearsal and hear from members of the orchestra.
