Musician Mark Lemhouse

Oregon-born blues and roots singer/guitarist Mark Lemhouse moved to Memphis a few years ago and recorded "Big Lonesome Radio." It was nominated for two W.C. Handy awards, which are the blues equivalent of a Grammy. Now back in Salem, he is constantly expanding his repertoire of songs and instruments.

David Schiff's 'New York Nocturnes'

Summer 2005 marked the 35th anniversary of Chamber Music Northwest, one of the nation's best and most successful classical music festivals. They played audience favorites. Reed College professor and composer David Schiff composed 'New York Nocturnes' specifically for Chamber Music Northwest.
